This venue is in a great location, very peaceful and close to Zurich center, with the soothing sound of water from the restaurant making it a lovely spot for dinner.

The room No 03 was very bad. There were no windows, but only in the roof. If you want to open them, then you had one thousand flies and insects inside. There were no curtains. So you must wake at 6 in the morning. There was no a/C.

The exceptionally nice breakfast had variety of meals and the food I tasted was outstanding. I booked a double room with full curtain as well as close enough to hear the water running from the restaurant which turned out to be a new-fashioned room;)))

The staff here were super helpful and really friendly 😊. the location worked out great for our trip.

If you are traveling by car, this one is highly recommended hotel. Everything was really excelent.

Honestly, hotel, staff, restaurants exceeded our expectations.

We were actually surprised by the uniqueness and charm of this hotel. The converted cotton mill architecture added a touch of history to our stay. The location on the banks of the Rhine river provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The outdoor dining and pub were really good, offering a great place to unwind. Conference facilities and the option for large banquets made this hotel perfect for both business and leisure. Despite the slightly higher price point, the great quality and 5-star experience made it worth it. we would highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay.

The hotel is clean with extremely spacious rooms. the staff is exceptionally pleasant. - the location is great, with beautiful surroundings near the Glatt river, Zurich center, Rhine Falls, Lucerne, and Zurich airport. - Conveniently located just 1 mile from Hardwald.

The hotel had a nice reception area and a beautiful view of the river. The breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks. It was located in a quiet area away from the city noise, making it easy to relax.

The bathroom was awkwardly designed with a glass box and flimsy curtain that provided no privacy. The beds were uncomfortable and the duvets were too thick for the summer season.

The hotel is situated in a great location close to a lovely river and convenient for visiting nearby attractions. the lodges are spacious, tastefully decorated and have great views of the lake. the staff is helpful and friendly and the food is delicious.

Some minor issues with housekeeping were reported by some guests.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location along the banks of the river Rhine was simply stunning. We enjoyed the tranquility of nature right outside our room, which had a beautiful terrace overlooking the river. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Margrit who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She even helped us order a late-night pizza and sorted out a mix-up with our rooms, ensuring that they were close to each other. The rooms themselves were spacious, clean, and filled with amenities such as ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast, one of the best we've had in Switzerland.

We highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my experience great. The location was also perfect, with easy transportation options and beautiful scenery. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the available facilities were great. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast offerings.

Nothing to dislike.

The building was pretty old, but they managed to renovate it to look like a gallery. the location was also fantastic because it was just a few minutes from the airport and the river was nearby. They also served local cuisine which was quite good.

My experience was ruined by one of the staff members.
